A deposit payment is due within 48Hrs of booking to secure the requested date.
The balance then becomes due 1-7 days before the event.
Payment instructions are included on the invoice sent upon booking.
Deposits are non-refundable. (Some exclusions apply)
On The Day
Access to the venue is normally required at least 1Hr before the event starts.
Post event access is usually required for at least 30mins to allow de-rig.
ABC-DJ supply a full audio/lighting rig and DJ’s for your event.
Any event changes must be communicated prior to the event and may incur additional costs.
During an event, ABC-DJ may take picture/video footage for promotional purposes, this material may be displayed online or in print. If you do NOT wish us to do this, please notify us in advance.
Post Event
ABC-DJ may contact you after the event, this is to gain any feedback from you as to how the event was presented. (Optional)
We can upon request, supply any footage captured at the event, including any celebratory video we may have made for the event. (Charges May Apply)
